1. Inquiry and Response
All of your inquiries or emails would be responded within 24 hours. We’ll provide quickly inquiry response, product quotation, order arrangement and technology support.

2. OEM/ ODM Service
The OEM/ ODM orders are acceptable. We‘ll offer simple OEM or full OEM service based on customers‘ quantity. The OEM service include LOGO silk-screen printing on products, color box &users manual customized , model number and label design, etc. And for ODM service, please offer us the structural drawings to trim die, also all OEM items would be free to add into ODM order service.

3. Payment Terms
A. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): We usually accept the 100% T/T in advance. While it’s acceptable to deposit 30% in advance, and 70% balance paid before shipping.
Note: Please write clearly the proforma invoice number(PI No.) on the bank slip copy as the reference when you make the payment.
B. Paypal: It’s convenient to pay small payment by Paypal. Please note the 4.5% commission charge will be added in the grand amount, and it has to be afford by customers.
C. W/U (Western Union): W/U is a is a safe and fast way to make remittance. We accept it.
D. L/C (Letter of Credit): We only accept L/C at sight and delivery goods by sea.

4. Technology Support
Through online guide, e-mail exchange, remote control tools etc. We are endeavoring to providing a comprehensive pre-sales consulting, technical training, engineering installation and after-sales service.

5. Lead Time
In addition to providing quality products, we are also devoting to the fast, stable and efficient delivery capabilities. Our usual and estimated delivery time is as below:
1) Sample Order: 2~4 working days
2) Neutral Order: 7~10 working days
3) OEM Order: 10~15 working days for simple OEM order only with logo silkscreen, 15~25 working days for full OEM order.

6. Delivery and Warranty
We provide diverse and flexible shipping way to delivery.
1) Usually we use our forwarding agent to delivery goods by express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS to provide “door to door” service.
2) Freight collect is also available if customers have their own courier account.
3) The cargo of bulk order will be shipped by air or by sea, please note the airline shipping or ocean shipping is only delivery to airport or seaport.

Regarding the warranty, all of the products produced (recorder&camera) from ESYN Technology Co., Ltd that will be guaranteed 2 years. And the accessories are with 1 year warranty. The period will be started from the shipping date, any defective product will be free to repaired or replaced during the period. Please note this warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged by violence or careless or accidental damage, or which have been repaired or altered without authorization.
