How to Update / Upgrade Hybrid AHD DVR/ NVR Firmware

As the original factory and manufacturer, we usually receive the email from distributors or even end customers, the DVR firmware damages or upgrades are the most frequently asked questions. Now we are discussing this question in below article.
Firstly, users need to find the current version information of the DVR then to find the matching firmware to upgrade the DVR / NVR. The correct steps to find the version information is as following:
Go to DVR Main Menu-->>System Info-->>Version, then you can find the firmware version. For example, the following image shows the system version is V4.02.R11.00031095.12001, and date is 2014-03-21.
